• If an event is canceled by us, you will receive a full refund.

c. Event Changes

• We reserve the right to modify event details (date, speakers, venue). No refunds will be issued for such changes unless required by law.

By attending events:

• You agree to follow event rules and conduct guidelines
• We reserve the right to deny entry or remove attendees for inappropriate behavior

6. Media Release

By attending our events, you consent to:

• Photography
• Video recording

These materials may be used for marketing, promotional, or educational purposes.

7. Sponsorships

Companies may participate as sponsors:

• Sponsorship terms will be outlined in separate agreements
• Sponsors must comply with all applicable laws and event guidelines

8. Intellectual Property

All content on invantech.ca (logos, branding, materials) is owned by InVanTech Association unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Website Use

You agree not to:

• Use the website for unlawful purposes
• Interfere with website functionality
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages
